The World Tourism Exchange China (Haikou) 2019 Zhangjiajie Culture and Tourism Presentation was held at the Haikou International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 23. Focused on China's inbound tourism, World Tourism Exchange Haikou 2019 (WTE) invites international buyers (mainly in North America, Europe, Australia etc.) and Chinese sellers to attend the event and participate in various trade promotion and exchange activities such as tourism forums (conferences), tourism product trading and FAM trips with the customization, incubation and marketing of China's inbound tourism products as the core. WTE is an innovative platform of exploring tourism development and incubating tourism products, integrated with 'Summit Forum + Product Trading + Event Marketing'. It will gradually become one of the most influential inbound tourism events.

At the Zhangjiajie tourism presentation, Hou Ying, ASTA China chairwoman, and Paul Cohen, a senior North American travel expert, shared their Zhangjiajie travelling experience and promoted the Zhangjiajie trips. The promo video for the “Fairyland Zhangjiajie-Wonder in the World” was also broadcasted. The People’s Government of Zhangjiajie City, ASTA China, and Shanghai Beyond Summits Ltd. signed the Zhangjiajie-European and American Inbound Tourism Market Development Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. International buyers from Europe and the United States, including China Tours Hamburg CTH GmbH also signed cooperation agreements with five Zhangjiajie travel agencies.

Zhangjiajie also invited 60 high-quality European and American buyers to get to know Zhangjiajie in an all-round way, so as to deepen their understanding of Zhangjiajie’s tourism resources and products.
